During the 4,5 – 5-hour session, you can master the makeup basics for both everyday and special occasions: from foundation through contouring the face to important techniques for highlighting the eyes, up to eyebrow and lip correction. The learning process is aided by a detailed workbook with illustrative graphics, which guides you through the professional steps of makeup twice. The 14-piece brush set used in the course and the printed workbook are given as gifts, so you can comfortably practice what you’ve learned anytime. The techniques mastered here will enable you to create various makeup looks at home, whether it’s a quick morning natural look or a more comprehensive evening appearance. The goal of the workshop is for everyone to be able to confidently apply the basics of classic makeup art.

At the Bombmaker Makeup Basics Workshop, you can learn everything you need to know about makeup condensed into 45 hours from an experienced makeup artist’s complex curriculum! Although our workshop is named „Makeup Basics Workshop,” the curriculum goes far beyond a simple base makeup. For example, if you were to participate in a photoshoot and fall under the hands of a professional makeup artist, the makeup they create would be as complex as what we teach. Thus, even though the name implies basics, the end result is anything but ordinary: you can create a spectacular and unique makeup look, which we have simplified so that it can be easily mastered and applied by everyone.
With the 12-step makeup technique learned during the workshop, you will be able to create a quick 5-10 minute morning makeup, but also acquire further knowledge to create a higher level of makeup for special occasions or photoshoots. The taught material is extremely precise and thorough, encompassing all necessary knowledge to create perfect makeup in any situation.

We teach timeless classic makeup techniques that, thanks to our specially developed teaching method, adapt to any face and eye shape. This makeup not only looks good at the moment but is so age-resistant that it will still be a perfect solution for us decades later as our face changes. This is what truly makes our program special. Lilla’s unique program, continuously refined and perfected since 2018, is guaranteed to adapt to you regardless of age, face shape, skin, and eye type. Hidden or drooping eyelids, downward-slanting eye shapes, dark under-eye circles, or sagging skin do not pose a problem.
Preparing the face: Learn how to prepare your skin for makeup, including selecting and using the right primer, which is essential before foundation.
Foundation: Get to know the different types of foundations and learn how to choose and apply the one that suits you best.
Corrections: We provide detailed guidance for eliminating under-eye circles and other skin imperfections, fundamental for beautifying and rejuvenating makeup. You can also master the basics of color correction, which helps eliminate stubborn blue or purple under-eye circles. We share not just a few basic methods but numerous incredibly useful professional tips.
Powdering: We learn how to use powder to set makeup and prevent shininess while discussing makeup mistakes and how to avoid them.
Contouring: We delve into the nuances of contouring, which helps highlight the advantageous features of our face, adapting the technique to our anatomical characteristics.
Highlighter: We show whether highlighter really enhances your face and exactly where to place it for the best effect.

We know well that most makeup products behave well on young, healthy skin, but as the years pass, it becomes increasingly difficult to select the perfect products. Many have not even heard that there are makeup products developed specifically for mature skin, which not only do not emphasize wrinkles but also lend a youthful glow to the skin. Nowadays, more and more women struggle with skin irritation or allergic reactions, either on their face or around their eyes. Our goal is to find products for everyone so that makeup can be a joy for all. We would like to help you with this.

Through mastering the art of self-makeup, our universally applicable knowledge allows family members of different generations – whether it’s mother, daughter, or grandmother – to discover the intricacies of makeup together. On this course, women of various ages and with different features can find the techniques that best suit them, thanks to the universal nature of our curriculum. We often welcome mother-daughter pairs, and even the participation of three generations is gladly seen, proudly observing as they learn and apply the subtleties of makeup together. The time spent together is also memorialized with photos, which showcase the results achieved, thus making the training not only a learning experience but also an unforgettable family event. Similarly, colleagues of different ages from a workplace can have great fun together at such a makeup consultation, while everyone can create a personalized makeup look for themselves.
We document the effectiveness of our makeups with before-and-after photos, which is extremely beneficial as it allows you to immediately observe the changes made to your face through makeup, assessing how your appearance has transformed. This not only provides immediate visibility of the results but also offers strong motivation for practicing and applying what was learned at the workshop in the future. This method proves particularly useful when analysis is conducted; it enables us to identify areas in need of improvement, whether it’s refining the technique or better utilizing colors.
We will not learn about the latest makeup trends and fashionable, viral makeup elements in this workshop. We will specifically focus on the fundamentals of classic makeup, which provides timeless knowledge because it does not go out of fashion from one month to the next. Another topic that is absolutely not part of the Makeup Basics Workshop curriculum is color type consulting. If we really want to recommend color-correct makeup shades that by themselves beautifully highlight the face and eyes, rather than just suggesting approximate, offhand lipstick and blush colors, believe us that the color theory aspect of makeup is a complex issue, which cannot be solved in 20-30 minutes. Therefore, this is exclusively addressed in our 5-hour Color Analysis Style & Shape Workshop, where we search with maximum precision, not only for makeup colors but also for clothing and hair colors, the best hairstyles, and the perfect glasses frames. Thus, the Makeup Basics Workshop specifically focuses on teaching classic makeup techniques, primarily using nude, black, and natural shades that suit everyone. But of course, these techniques can also be excellently applied in the future in other, unique or vibrant color schemes.

The workshop lasts between 4,5 and 5 hours, depending on the group’s pace. We take a 10-15 minute break in the middle of the workshop, during which you have the opportunity to have coffee, tea, or a small snack.
The group size usually ranges from 6 to 12 people. Although 6 is the minimum, it’s rare for a group not to come together, and our location is in a stylish, friendly studio in the city center that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The dates for new workshops are always posted on our website 5-6 weeks before the planned date. If a date is fully booked, we no longer display it, so it’s advisable to book in time.
Payment for the workshop is made in advance online at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit card payments and SZÉP card.

It’s not a problem if you arrive with makeup on because we provide all necessary tools for face washing, so you can easily remove your makeup before we start learning.

You do not need prior makeup knowledge to register for the workshop. Our course is designed for both beginners and those who have practiced makeup because we start from the basics.
Currently, we do not provide an official certificate upon completion of the workshop. The emphasis is on acquiring practical knowledge that you can directly apply.
Yes, at the end of the workshop, there is always an opportunity to raise individual questions and discuss specific makeup-related problems if any questions remain unanswered. Unfortunately, we do not have time for advanced level makeup techniques or makeup color advice not included in the basic workshop curriculum within the 4.5 hours, but we warmly welcome those who thirst for more extensive knowledge and improvement to our advanced level makeup workshop or Color Analysis, Shape & Style Workshop.
No, you do not need to bring any tools. We provide all necessary equipment, including a new makeup brush set and sponge intended just for you, which you can take home at the end of the workshop.
Yes, if you wish, you can use your own makeup products during the workshop.
We regularly start workshops, several times a month, 8-10 times, except for the July-August summer break period. For exact dates and available spots, it’s worth visiting our website regularly.
Spots for the advertised workshops usually fill up within a maximum of 2-3 weeks. Weekend dates, especially Saturday mornings, are extremely popular and often fill up within a few days, so it’s recommended to book as early as possible.

There is no possibility to cancel or modify the workshop at the last minute, just like a concert or theater ticket. However, you can transfer your participation to another lady close to you free of charge. All other related information can be read in section 7 of our T&C.
We welcome younger participants from the age of 12 at our makeup basics workshop.
Yes, we take a 10-15 minute break in the middle of the workshop, when you have the opportunity to drink coffee, tea, water or a soft drink, and if you bring a small snack, you can eat it during this time.
If you cannot attend the workshop, you have the option to transfer your participation to another date, no later than 72 hours before the workshop. All other related information is detailed in section 7 of our T&C.
